Cancer has affected, directly or indirectly, nearly everyone in our communities in Fremont and Pueblo Counties in Colorado.
The annual Orchard of Hope Foundation Walk for Hope raises money to directly help survivors and their families deal with the expenses and items that are not covered by insurance or Medicare.
The Orchard of Hope Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for cancer champions in Fremont and Pueblo Counties. Three Caņon City couples formed the foundation in early 2001, scheduling two major fundraisers each year to assist local individuals with a diagnosis of cancer.
The foundation has an all volunteer board, and many dedicated volunteers and donors who work to make the Orchard of Hope Foundation a success.
