Tree of Remembrance
The Orchard of Hope Foundation would like to give a huge thank you to the Cañon City Daily Record for our Tree of Remembrance fundraiser.
In 2013, $725 was received to help us with our assistance to Fremont County cancer patients. We always say, every dollar has a name and this will help someone out there who is struggling with this dreadful disease that takes such a toll financially and emotionally.
The help of the Cañon City Daily Record and this wonderful community throughout 2012 has helped us have another successful year and we were so blessed to be able to fund all applicants.
During the holiday season of 2014, visit the Canon City Daily Record to purchase ornaments for the Tree of Remembrance. All proceeds will remain in Fremont County to help residents living with cancer.
Ornaments for the Tree of Remembrance symbolize the memory of loved ones that have lost the battle of cancer.
